How would you feel, if you didn’t have Any Loans or Credit Card Debts?
Any Agreements taken out before the 6th April 2007 may be classed as unenforceable and you may be able to have that debt Wiped off and have any monies returned back to you.
Why can I have me Debts wiped off?
Most Creditors did not follow the rules and regulation that belong to the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. This act was amended and implemented on the 6th April 2007. This means that you may be able to have the debt wiped off because the creditor may have not completed paperwork correctly.
